Easy returns

We want you to have the best experience possible. We know you're a mom, so our policy lasts a whole 45 days.  If you aren't satisfied with any of the endless uses of The Mommy Wrap, you can return your product within 45 days of purchase and we will return your money! If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, we are happy to offer you store credit in return for your item.  We are moms too, so this just makes it easier on the both of us.

If you don't love it and it's only been a couple of days, please keep it and try it some more. Check out all the benefits and endless uses to ensure you are getting the most use you can. Or check out our FAQ's for sizing guides and instructions on how to use!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Non-returnable items includes gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Most of the time, we can look that up with an email address or order number used for purchase or even the ship to address information.

was this a Gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a personalized one-time coupon code will be emailed to you in the same value as the purchased gift minus shipping costs.

If you have received this product from a free giveaway, returns are not available. However, you may exchange the item for a different size as long as you pay shipping.

how to ship back

To return your product, you should mail your product to one of the addresses listed above.  Simply tape the box or envelope back up and write RETURN TO SENDER near the mailing slip. Do NOT cover the barcode.

Please include in the package or email kim@mommywrap.com with the following information:
- Your first & last name
- Your email
- Your address
- Your phone number
*someone from the Mommy Wrap LLC will be in direct contact with you to ensure you receive the next desired item.

If the postage service will not accept RETURN TO SENDER, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
